If you have provided us with your email address, we will send you a tracking number once your order has been processed. Please allow 2-4 business days for payment and order processing, which occurs Monday through Thursday. If you place an order on Friday, processing will commence on the following business day (Monday). Once payment has been processed, your bundles will arrive within 3-5 business days if you are located in the United States (possibly sooner).

However, if you are purchasing wigs, please note that they are custom-made to order and require more time to create. As a result, the processing time for wigs is 7-10 business days.

Please keep in mind that processing times may vary during sales, holidays, or tax season due to a high volume of orders.

For customers outside the U.S., packages should arrive within 7-21 business days (possibly sooner). Please note that any customs fees or import taxes billed by your country are your responsibility.

Additionally, please note that shipments may be delayed during January and February due to a high volume of holiday deliveries, such as New Year and Valentine's Day.
